I will definitely go back to this Meineke location.
I've known that I've needed to replace the brakes on my '06 Jeep Liberty for quite some time. I did some calling around for basic phone estimates and these guys came in with the best price. I spoke with a gentleman named Dennis who was very pleasant and helpful over the phone, and even remembered speaking with me on the phone when I dropped my truck off later in the day. I knew for sure that I needed the front brakes replaced and hoped that I wouldn't need the back ones done yet, simply because I wasn't prepared to spend that much money. I was afraid that the front brakes might require more work because I was hearing a very distinct "metal-on-metal" squeal, and as I suspected, the rotors did need to be replaced. But Dennis was honest with me and told me that my back brakes were fine and that I'd still get a lot more use out of them before they'd need replacing. Less than two hours later, my truck was done and I was back on the road. These guys are polite, friendly and honest, and I never once felt like the single girl being taken advantage of by mechanics like you hear so many stories of. When the time comes for my back brakes to be replaced, I will definitely go back to this Meineke location.

He seriously was so nice and professional.
The parents bought an oil change card that gave them like five oil changes here so I took their car in for the first one. It says on the card to make an appointment but they actually don't do appointments... It is first come first served. The manager was new and treated every person that came through the door like family. He seriously was so nice and professional. They didn't try to sell me anything else which always happens when I go to places like this and using the punch card for an oil change to pay was quick and easy. Keep in mind if you get the card there is still and extra tax charge of like four dollars.

I left feeling like I am valued as a customer.
I've got three oil changes to decide if Meineke will become my go to place for oil changes. If they treat me as well as they did this afternoon, I will definitely be a regular customer. I too cashed in on the Groupon deal, and at first, there was a mix-up (on my part) about synthetic oil, but the operations manager happily cleared up my confusion, and while I was waiting, I witnessed his conscientious interaction with a customer with a special problem. I was impressed. When my car was done (and the work was finished even before the predicted time), I was given my keys and a recommendation to replace the air filter during my next oil change. Nothing costly and no dire predictions of costly work needing to be done. As a matter of fact, the manager told me what great shape my car is in. I left feeling like I am valued as a customer.

NEW MANAGER IS AWESOME!
In and out in 20 minutes for my oil change with appt. NEW MANAGER IS AWESOME! oh yea, had a groupon and had no problems redeeming it.

WOW!!! This is a 5-STAR BUSINESS all the way! Rich went out of his way to help me research a problem I was having with the brakes on my 1993 Chrysler Town & Country. He spent a lot of time researching the problem before I even brought the car in. He is a nice and honest guy. Would highly recommend them.

FREE ENGINE LIGHT CHECK ... I called all over and everyone was charging a lot just to check why the engine light is on .... Glad this place offers it for free and not so bad on repairs if needed ....

I don't usually write reviews unless I am completely satisfied or totally aggravated. In this case I'm completely satisfied and beyond!I I was quoted elsewhere a ridiculous amount of money to fix the issues with my car. I brought my car here after driving by and decided I needed a second opinion. Meineke not only fixed my car the same day and was honest about the repair, but they also saved me a couple hundred bucks and got me back on the road in no time. I am very happy to find a local car care center that is honest, affordable and nice too :) I will definitely be back for anything else my car may need or require....highly recommended!

Staff is really helpful and friendly
I've been here two times in a pinch now with a slow leak/flat tire. Both times I just showed up and asked if they could repair a tire and they did it in about 30 mins and only charged $25. Staff is really helpful and friendly. I would go here again in a hot second.

I would definitely recommend them to others in the area.
Really great customer service and very reasonable prices. Richard is the name pf the worker that assisted me and he was great. They finished my car rather quick and he was so helpful with the mechanic termonology. I usually would go to the dealer for fixtures I needed for my car (where they are ridiculously expensive). Instead I will be going to Meineke. I would definitely recommend them to others in the area.

The staff is very friendly.
Always get good service and the staff is very friendly. Gary the owner is there everytime I come in and is a great guy. You cant beat their price for an oil change and while they do suggest other services they DO NOT try to slam or scare you into getting them done on the spot like most other places.

Outstanding customer service
I take all my cars here for service-- including my Mercedes. The owner is Mercedes trained from Germany. He is honest, fair, and his crew does excellent work. My battery died at home and he sent Josh to my house to jump start. They take great care of my cars and provide outstanding customer service! If you are looking for excellent, honest mechanics, give them a try!

I would definitely recommend this spot.
Have been here a few times and have always had a positive experience. I initially decided to go with this place because of a groupon deal for an oil change. I was so pleased with how nice there were that when I needed a car inspection I decided to go with them. They inspected my car on arrival and did so in the amount of time it took me to grab a bite to eat. I would definitely recommend this spot to friends and family.

I love these folks
I love these folks. Fair pricing, excellent service, good hours. They do what they say they will do. I use them for both my Jeep and my BMW. Also good guys to talk to.
