Hoi Man Carman Chan, NP-C, is a certified nurse practitioner. Carman earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Azusa Pacific College. Patients say that she is a caring and friendly provider. Carman likes to build long-term relationships with her patients so she can help them achieve the best health possible and stay that way. She engages with her patients to help them understand their health conditions in easy-to-understand terms. I help my patients incorporate simple dietary and lifes ling, hiking and spending time with her family. In addition to English, she speaks the Chinese dialects of Mandarin and Cantonese. She also speaks basic and medical Spanish.
